Analizing mistakes and complaints by teams in production and preparation, implementing and monitoring of appropriate trainings.Training new production trainers and implementing and monitoring of qualification/requalification process. - Training and education of newly employed staff- Organizing and creating presentations on various topics concerning changes on final product- Implementation of any revision to the product concerning assembly line, and further more holding additional training to already experienced staff- Managing large groups of new workers- Assistance and additional education to any worker in particular who has any question about production process Getting to know the whole production process (month and a half).Working in production as a sample maker.
