  My company creates video media for sales, training and employee information. Since 1994, I have produced video material for a wide range of blue chip clients in both the public and private sectors. I also help organisations create video themselves by delivering workshops in video skills. I also offer training and consultancy in video production directly for client organisations.I also work on a freelance basis for other video production companies, in-house video units and e-learning companies as project manager, writer, producer or director.   Supporting young people across Wales in setting up their own businesses as part of The Prince's Trust Enterprise Programme. Supporting Young People into exciting careers in Health & Social Care in the North West, by pairing them with mentors, who provide help, guidance and improve employability skills. I help support young people who are employed on placements through the UK Government's Kickstart programme.
