Have control and monitoring system in place to ensure that all operational staff follow company and regulatory guidelines with respect of usage of banned substances. Keep station preparedness for handling any incident/ accident situation and well versed for him/herself and each member of the team on emergency. • Monitor safety procedures pertaining to ground handling. Do CPA (Cost Performance Analysis) with regards to costs incurred of station on monthly basis. Identify training needs for all staff and recommend programs for manpower development, training records to be maintained at station and ensure that all employees are trained and their certification is current to avoid any regulatory findings.
