  Worked as Production engineer in Cairn India Ltd in Mangala Processing terminal (Water handling capacity-600 kbopd & Oil handling capacity-200 kbod) in Barmer, Rajasthan. Roles and Responsibilities:-1) Efficiently managed world’s longest continuously heated crude oil pipeline running from Barmer,Rajasthan to Bhogat, western coast of Gujarat by maintaining flow rate, pressure & temperature and controlling valves & equipment in the field.2) Led a team of 8 operators in the field which included training, assigning day to day field jobs, monitoring and mentoring. 3) Played a major role in defining, scoping, planning, managing & identifying the risks during theimplementation of major projects in oil & gas field.4) Managed to complete regularly crude oil sales target (100%) by maintaining required flow rate in the pipeline by controlling valves.5) Ensured availability of crude oil pipeline and plant equipments more than 99% by regular monitoring the parameters in the field.6) Maintained the quality of crude oil as per our customer’s specific requirements by regularlymonitoring & sampling crude oil.7) Updated senior management team regarding the status of field jobs and submitted requisite reports on day to day basis.8) Controlled panel operations of crude oil pipeline which included coordinating communication between all the control rooms of the pipeline and taking quick decisions in a high pressure situation to reduce loss to the organization.9) Reduced plant downtime caused by unexpected shutdowns by facilitating coordination betweensenior management and operators.
