Planned, developed, evaluated, and communicated methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training workers. Provides advice and guidance on policies, work methods and administrative matters to senior managers and employees regarding military personnel management policies and procedures. Prepares and presents reports, briefings, and decision memoranda on program statuses and recommends appropriate actions to directorate leaders and employee. Maintains 100% accountability of personnel records for over 3000 personnel across four subordinate military police battalions and two separate companies. Prepares requests, screens, tracks, and processes all personnel actions, awards, evaluations, retirements, leaves, correspondence and travel orders and vouchers. Utilizes several web-based programs to track records and personnel actions. Processes finance actions and independently resolved difficult issues/problems regarding members pay and allowances. Expertly developed and implemented new evaluations policies that were accepted as doctrine across the brigade. Conducted a Staff Assistance visit to subordinate battalion at Fort Drum in an effort to bring their evaluations tracking system to brigade standards. Spearheaded the relocation of personnel, equipment, and furniture from the Battalion to the Brigade headquarters with limited resources in the absence of the supervisor. Single-handedly reviewed and processed over 300 performance evaluations brigade-wide across four installations ensuring each report was submitted to the Human Resources Command on time and without error.
