  • Led commissioning of nonhydrocarbons systems within Naphtha and Aromatics Complex which included drinking water, Firewater, cooling water, utility water, nitrogen, air and steam (HP, MP, and LP). • Led a team in two (2) assigned construction process areas , namely Reformer Section in Naphtha Plant and Eluxyl Unit in Aromatics Complex.• Handled process area piping construction and pre-commissioning activities for Naphtha and Aromatics Complex which included installation/welding (more than 1 million inch dia of welding), hydro testing, re-instatement, tightness/leak tests, and lay-up in coordination with all concerned parties including Project Inspection and Proponent Organizations. • Involved in pre-commissioning activities such as equipment box-up, pumps alignment, chemical cleaning, and chemical loadings.• Led the PMCC punch items closure for Eluxyl Unit in Aromatics Complex (critical path area) which resulted into achieving the Mechanical Completion.• Handled Preservation program for the whole Naphtha and Aromatics Complex to ensure that all equipment are well preserved as required by approved standards and procedures up to the Project Mechanical Completion. • Handled Static and Packaged equipment disciplines and deeply involved with central engineering and Project Inspection Organization to resolve technical and quality issues related. • Involved in procurement by following up with 49 different Purchase Orders (PO's), 10 equipment PO's and 39 bulk material PO's.
