Successfully communicating the learning and development offer widely to ensure all relevant colleagues engage with it and adapting the offer according to feedback and changing priorities.● Internal Control and Compliance Learning and Development Framework: Created and implemented cross-organisation learning and development framework to direct training approach for compliance across the organisation. ● Creation of Needs Analysis Tools and Bespoke Training: Introduced analysis tools to quickly identify and categorise the diverse needs of large groups of different stakeholders. These tools helped to discover gaps in knowledge and understanding of compliance, which required targeted training. ● Established Effective Feedback Mechanisms: For all training interventions and piloting of tools I developed targeted feedback mechanisms to assess their effectiveness. The rating of participants and end-users was overwhelmingly positive with an average score of 4.3/5.● Internal Communications Strategy: Successfully increased engagement of internal audiences through targeted communications using innovative content such as short, self-filmed videos, which substantially raised the profile of Compliance across all geographical areas of the business. Special educational needs (SEND) and Safeguarding focal point for main Madrid teaching centre and all offsites partner schools (3500+ students). Part of duty-management team managing resources across all Madrid teaching centres and offsites (16 centres). Line management of 4 teachers. Conceiving and implementing new initiatives - gained buy-in of senior management to provide weekly drop in sessions to all teachers for advice and guidance on supporting students with SEND. Developed a centre-wide program involving multiple departments providing online concurrent classes to confined students.Increase student registrations - sourced teachers to provide extra events at offsite schools which resulted in an increase in student numbers. Communicating with parents and students - conveyed timely and clear messages through centre-wide messages, email, posts and face to face meetings in order to manage expectations, ensure actions taken and achieve mutually agreed objectives. Development of line managees - through performance enablement and coaching I guided teachers to successfully complete qualifications, thrive when taking on new challenges, improve their teaching practice.
