I work with our executive team to gain more Season Ticket Members and retain existing Season Ticket Members season after season. All ticket pricing and strategies around Full Seasons, Mini Plans, Groups and Individual tickets are my main responsibility. We breakdown the different types of ticket sales (full season, groups, mini plans & individual tickets) and their respective importance to each franchise. I also teach the 6 steps of the sales process and show students that a career in ticket sales can be very beneficial and rewarding in sports.I also teach our Internship course and facilitate students earning 200+ hours of intern work prior to graduation from the program. As students exit the program and into the job market, we arm students with real life skills on resume building, cover letter writing, negotations and other valuable tactics to set them apart from the competition.
