  Working closely with the Refugee Employment Training Program Coordinator, I learned how to launch a new program and how to improve an outdated program. I also performed regular administrative tasks according to Maryland Office of Refugees and Asylees guidelines and worked with partner organizations such as Lutheran Social Services, Baltimore City Community College, and the Baltimore Resttlement Center.

  Coordinate emergency medical care for travelers outside of their home country. We work everywhere (except Cuba) and arrange anything from billing to emergency evacuations.In the year I have been with the company, I have been invited to work on several projects outside of my main role. I have been trained with the claims department so that I am able to assist with processing and filing during high volume seasons. I have been appointed a role as subject matter expert to assist in providing content to develop our case manager competency requirements. I am currently serving on a team tasked with creating solutions to improve the relationship between management and an employees. In the near future, I will be auditing the case handling protocol written by our client relations team. These extra tasks are all opportunities to learn how all departments support our operations.
