  I started From 1/3/2016 to 1/9/2016. I worked as civil engineer at Roaya group for real estate which was responsible for building housing villas. The scope of work was substructure, superstructure , finishing and MEP work. At Roaya group I had many tasks to do first i was responsible for structural design work using many programs such as sap , safe and etabs then after calculation I made the shop drawing for substructure and superstructure elements. Then collecting all papers in order to revised and have the building licence to start work.   From 15/9/2016 to 1/3/2017 i was responsible for construction of Wataneya petrol station at Al Farafrah osasis which was fast track project. I was responsible for all project items like substructure , superstructure, finishing work, landscape and also all general site works such as fixation and making the tests for all solar and petrol tanks also coordination with MEP .Also following up all materials requests in order to prevent any shortages in time schedule.

  This period was a great milestone for me in my career as I gained a great experience in my career as civil engineer. High quality standards were done at newgiza with the help of many great consultants like ECG, Egec and CDEC as project consultant at newgiza. Newgiza is consisted of many neighborhoods at the start of the project my role was following up substructure then superstructure works. Then finishing stage starting from all finishing materials approval and approval of project method of statement of all activities and making a mock up villa contains all items of finishing stage like blockwork, plaster, wooden works, tiles and aluminium work beside following up all activities and making RFI when miscoordination is found.   At this period i worked at two projects the first one was 15000 multi sports hall at olympic city at new capital adminstrative and the second one was at the new faculty of air defence. At the first project I was responsible for all finishing items at ground floor, first, second, third basements.This scope contained many, variable and special spaces such as players showers, changing rooms, gym, warm up area, var room, translter rooms, meeting rooms. High quality standards were applied at the site for all items like gypsum board (moisture resistance and fire rated) , ceiling tiles , ceiling strips, epoxy coat for basements, curtain wall, wooden cladding and luxury finishing for vip rooms.   I work as project engineer at BEC Arabia at project of custodian of the two holy mosques king Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz for developing the security locations of ministry of interior sectors KAP2E2. I'm responsible for excuting and following up many buildings at the project like main dormitory , administration building , main mosque, main gate, clinic, workshop building. I'm responsible for discussion, update and make recovery for time schedule and project target every 3 months with all sectors like tech office, procurement and planning. Also after approval of time schedules following up with procurement all needed resources for site in order to be on target. Coordination with all suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the start and finish date of every activity.This tasks is for all items of the project like flooring tiles (ceramic-porcelain -marble-granite-moquette-wooden tiles-raised floor- epoxy ), wall finishing such as (wooden cladding -gypsum cladding -ceramic- epoxy and acrylic painting) , ceiling finish like (gypsum board- ceilling tiles -aluminium strips) also following up all facade work, curtail wall and waterproofing work Show less
