My research interest includes Fabrication and Characterizations of MEMs/NEMs (MOSFET, TFT etc.) Technology, Sensor Technologies (Gas Sensors, Temperature Sensors, Radiation Sensors etc.), Dielectrics, Photonics, Si Solar Cells, Thin Films, Heterojucntions, Monte Carlo Simulations.I have experience in working in clean room facility, the thermal oxidation process, photolithography, etching and thin film deposition through vacuum evaporation and chemical vaporization (CVD) methods, such as ALD etc. As of 2018, i have published over 60 research papers in refereed journal papers and spoken at conferences worldwide.
