  ADSI is a large O2 direct partner. There are some fantastic automation processes that are ran internally which gives ADSI the edge over its competitors.I am in charge of the team that ensures continuous operation and improvements to this automation equipment.My team also runs as an MSP that supports IT customers as well as VoIP, MDM systems as well as supporting network connections to managed offices.As team leader it is my responsibility to ensure that the needs each of these branches of IT are met promptly within their own unique SLAs.During my 6 years at ADSI i have risen from a 1st line engineer to my role now which started 2 years ago. Through exposure to various customer networks, our internal systems and complex network systems for the managed offices. I have learnt many skills in helping not only maintain but also improve IT Systems.Moving into my management role i was tasked with improving systems to onboard customers and look for avenues to improve customer systems, both to bolster security as well as generate passive revenue.Through work directly with the MD and Sales Director I have worked to create ordering processes, project management processes, maintenance and onboarding processes.These processes have helped staff gather information better and given them confidence in supporting our customers with future issues.Staff have been happier and more upskilled as a result.
