Ensure great guest service and team member satisfaction. Directly supervised up to 70 employees (in peak season) in the Target store, Kodak Photo lab, Pizza Hut Express, and Starbucks. Adjusted daily, weekly, and monthly payroll to meet sales and customer demands. Third Position/Title: Senior Team Leader• Acted as primary manager duty responsible for opening and closing the building, setting daily sales and payroll goals, and leading daily teams consisting of 35-65 people.
