Coordinated between three sections for meetings, statistical data and educational/training requirements. of 120 personnel. Technical expert in aircraft maintenance and record management. Ensured compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Army regulations, safety compliance messages and maintenance manuals. Cross trained in multiple helicopter airframes. Developed a non existent training program for new technical inspectors and implemented programs within the section to improve research and tracking of safety messages and compliance. Responsible for the training and supervision of 10 personnel on aircraft maintenance and military training. Completed 8 Aircraft 250 hour/ 500 hour inspections. Supervised the movement, inspection and emplacement of an organization equipment from a reorganization movement from overseas to the United States.
