  I am currently on Secondment as the Training and Employment Centre Manager for Tamworth. I am very committed to create a safe space and Inclusive Centre for Staff and Participants. Whilst managing the Centre, I also have a Caseload of 70 Participants. At the Centre I am very determined to support Participants in gaining the necessary skills and Courses to enable them to get back into Employment. Working on the CFO3 project, covering the areas of Burton and Tamworth. I have a Caseload of 60-80 participants who have been through the justice system. Being a Case Manager I am determined to make a difference and break down the barrier to overcome the challenges People on Probation face. I work closely alongside the National Probation Service to enable Participants to have a support network which they can gain Confidence and the skills to get back into Employment.
