   Receipt of Purchase orders from marketing department & Technical details from Engineering department. Prepare Annually/Quarterly/Monthly/Daily production plans based on Purchase orders, Men availability, Machine capacity and Material availability. Prepare MRP (Material Requirement plan) based on BOM and stock availability. Raising the Indents for Raw material, bought out & imported items. Prepare pending Indents & Monitoring of materials, shortfalls with purchase department and suppliers. Deeply monitoring of job work follow up coordinate with vendor department and stores department. Follow up with QC department for clearance of and inward materials. Monitoring day to day production status with production department for achieving the production targets. Identifying the problems effecting the production and highlighting the problems in front of management. Prepare MIS reports like Production Plan Vs Actual (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) & Material Reconciliation reports for assemblies and store. Follow up despatch clearance with marketing department and arrange the vehicles for despatch. Release the production orders for assemblies as well as manufacturing components in ERP. Material transfer from one warehouse to another warehouse in ERP Baan, closing the production orders after completion of assembly.
