I performed preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, fans, and various plant equipment. I also operated heavy equipment such as bobcats, loaders, D9 bulldozers and manlifts.

      In the GR Baker hospital I was directly responsible for operating and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for the building. This involved regular maintenance on a variety of pumps, fan units, and exhaust fans. I also ensured the three heating water boilers were operating in a safe and efficient manner. This often required constant adjustments and modifications to the building controls systems to keep them running smoothly. To improve equipment safety and reliability, I ensure the water treatment in all areas of the powerhouse are maintained at the appropriate levels. I am currently focusing on advancing my skills with the building automation system. I regularly make changes and adjustments to the programs of building HVAC systems to improve efficiency.
