  Project Budget Tracking: -Tracking spent against the allocated project budget.Bill & Payments: -Get the bill prepared and Certify the bill of contractors with material and even labor contractors.Selection Of Vendors: -Identify suitable vendors for various activities.Provide technical/work scope inputs to the contractors for working on site.Follow up with the contractors regarding work front availability and manpower strength and solve the problems faced on-site during work.Proiect Planning:-Provide inputs on RCC, Architectural, and Service Design(MEP) to the design team as per actual site condition and feasibility of work.Prepare a detailed project plan for the project with the site team at the macro, micro, and mini levels and coordinate on the basis of it with the site team, contractors, purchase, and design team for availability of resources on time.Co-ordination With Proiect Team: -Conduct daily meetings with site staff, weekly work target based review meetings with staff and contractors based on work progress and next week work front and resources availability.Identify issues hampering project.Resolve the project-related issues and bottlenecks on priority to avoid delays in any particular activity.Material Procrument:-Obtain material from the purchase department on time.Raise PO for material on the basis of a micro mini plan considering the lead time of material delivery.Coordinate with the Purchase department, and vendors for material delivery on time.Coordinate with the Design team, Management, and others for the selection of materials and fittings (if required). MIS Reports: -Prepare 15 days reports on project updates.Provide Project Update report to Management level Heads, Stakeholders, and Marketing team for generation of customer demand letters for payment.
