  As a Tennis Racket Stringer this includes a large number of important jobs. They include,-String Advice-String Tension Advice-Stringing Rackets-Customer ServiceDuring the last 7 years I have been the Official Stringer of the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament. Recently (June 2019) I was invited to be apart of the Official Babolat Stringing Service at the Nottingham Tennis Tournament. During the week at the Nottingham Tennis Tournament, I was running the main service desk, this role included; -Greeting Players at the Stringing Room Desk-Filling in a form with Player details, String data, tension and other vital information the team needed to string the players rackets.-Cutting out the string of the rackets and preparing them for the stringers-Accepting the finished rackets from the stringers and then if needed applying the Logo of the company-The final stage is to present the rackets back to the players when they arrive to pick up their rackets ready for practice or matches.   After working 2 years in backstage operations I made a move to the shop floor to progress in the company. Having taken up several roles on the floor and becoming A&A trained I have lots of experience in stock losses, stock control and other processes.Since October 2019, I have been back into the role of Operations Assistant, undertaking the following duties; -Welcoming Deliveries into the service yard-Segregating stock into sections which would then be sent to the shop floor to be worked by other members of staff under FUSE Principles.-Liaising with other members of my team to get jobs done in a timely and effective manner. -Dealing with any I.T. related issues that became apparent.-Picking of Ambient and Cold Chain stock from a busy working environment using FUSE Principles. -Reporting back to our BIG (Big Involvement Group) Store Chair with any feedback from colleagues on how the business can improve. -Supporting Staff during Hearings if needed.Having then progressed to the shop floor I have then undertook the following duties to progress my career; -Daily Date Expired Food Waste Checks -Filling Shelves with Delivery Stock -Serve Customers at the Payment Till -Self Checkout trained -Dealing with Customer Enquiries at the Customer Service Desk -Deal with incoming Customer Online Order Parcels -Deal with Customer Online Returns -First Aider -Accuracy and Availability; this includes Stock Loss, Counting of Stock and Loss PreventionFor the first two years of my M&S Career I have been working in the Operations Department.
