Provide training and other support to off-site recruiters as needed• Trains new Recruiters on the full life-cycle recruiting process, including relevant Employment laws and regulations and the Division’s best practices• Performs bi-weekly audits of the recruiting process including proper use of the Applicant Tracking System • Remains up-to-date on new and upcoming State and Federal employment laws, adjusts processes accordingly• Responsible for personal and team revenue projections and metric productivity goals• Sources and identifies candidates to screen, interview, and present based on client’s specific qualifications• Utilizes job boards including CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, and local college’s career services’ portals• Negotiates compensation and other terms and conditions of employment with clients and candidates and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requires• Runs employee background checks and issues drug test registration.
