      This was a Christmas temp role working in the lingerie department as a sales advisor on the shop floor! Speaking with customers helping them choose or find what they were looking for, replenishing stock and keeping the floor looking tidy. Manning the changing rooms when required. After my term was up I was offered a full time position.

      In this role I was head waitress over a group of 6 people. I would delegate roles for each individual to insure smooth running of the restaurant. Daily duties would include opening up, checking the till balances, ensuring everywhere is clean and tidy ready for customers.       Moving over to this role due to the closure of the telemarketing department. In this role I would take inbound calls from customers with queries regarding their magazine subscription. This could be problems ranging from delivery issues, payment problems, missing or duplicate issues. I would have to look into these and resolve them in a timely manner for the customer. Trying to keep the call time down to a minimum but whilst also providing quality customer service. Working for a well established company in the sales department. Our day to day tasks would be to call warm leads on the system and engage in conversation to sell one of our many magazine subscriptions. At the beginning of the day we would prioritise our workload to know when the best time to ring a certain type of customer for a certain magazine would be. Aiming to make 200 calls a day and hit targets for the company and to make a bonus at the end of the month!
