  Royal Danish Guard - Conscript

  In 2004 I voluntarily chose to join the Royal Danish Guard for an eight month period. During my time in The Royal Guard I learnt many valuable lessons. First of all, I was taught fundamental military training, but apart from that I learnt the benefits of discipline, structure and responsibility. I underwent extensive physical training but was also taught first aid and the boons of teamwork. Although trying, it provided me with some of the most fundamental disciplines that I now find invaluable.
