      My position as a crew member consisted of providing customer service to individuals, within set time and sale targets. This customer service was provided through both the registers on front counter, but also as a drive through, team member. Being an order taker and cashier as both a front counter and drive-thru member consisted of ensuring that the customer’s purchase order was inputted correctly through effective communication skills, and payment was handled appropriately. Customer service included that the needs of the customers were taken into consideration and appropriately dealt with. Moreover, it was also to make sure that the environment of the restaurant was clean and safe. My role varied as a crew member and, at times included the assembly of food and drinks, within a set time target to be handed to customers and, to ensure that the stock required towards assembly of the products offered, was stocked.
