  Media Ministry Intern

  At a young age, I helped in launching the media ministry program at the church. This included brainstorming, filming, and editing videos for church services; as well as gaining experience in leading a media production team.

  This position allowed me to continue with my original processing assistant responsibilities, but with an added expectation of providing leadership to less experienced student workers. Photographed clubs, athletics, and other campus events; collaborated with design and writing team to produce finished product I provided mentorship, leadership, and assistance to freshmen men while enforcing university rules inside and out of the dormitories. A subset of the student admissions team, I used data entry programs to enter, process, and organize information on prospective and current students at Olivet Nazarene University. I was promoted to a leadership position after a year of employment.

  With the deprecation of the Test Plan Runner role, I was offered a role transfer and promotion to QA. Less emphasis was placed on regressions testing; instead, a more holistic approach to quality assurance was learned and utilized. Additionally, my role in the R&D process became more holistic, being involved in development projects from conceptualization to finalization and publication.Soon after transitioning to QA, in 2017, my focus changed to be both on Epic's inpatient pharmacy and inventory management applications. Later, in June 2019, I switched to testing Epic’s ambulatory pharmacy and inventory applications. With these experiences, I became one of the few Epic employees to have in depth experience with the entire range of pharmacy applications. Show less
