      Catering Store:- Setting up a system whereby better stock control can be maintained- Creating documentation to assist with stock control- Doing all procurement for the Catering Store (snacks, drinks, serviettes, tea, coffee, toilet paper, etc)On-board Catering:- Overseeing and checking the daily ordering and updating of all on-board catering (7 days a week) for all routes from various suppliers- Checking that all routes have the correct type of catering and keeping record of all catering going out on the aircraft and coming back off the aircraft- Sorting out of all queries regarding on-board catering Procurement:- Handling procurement for the following: Stationery, Catering Store Stock, Clothing, Protective Gear, Signage, Computers, Printers, Toners, Aircraft Goods (airsick bags, head rest covers, etc.)- Developing system to assist with better control of procurement and documentation e.g. purchase orders and EFT requests- Developing filing system on shared drive, where all documentation are stored for future reference- Keeping updated spread sheets of all computers, printers and toners- All the above improvements have resulted in major cost savings and an improvement in all relative control systemsCrew Accommodation:- Overseeing the upkeep of 1 crew apartment in Margate and 1 crew apartment in Plettenberg BayPayroll:- Handling all payroll related input on Pastel (advances, loans, S&T’s, overtime, etc.)- Completing and checking of all employees’ payroll before the payroll run at month-end- Creating and emailing or printing out of payslips- Pulling reports from Pastel e.g. leave reports, EMP201 reports, payroll input reports, etc. Show less
