  A market research company that develops and applies marketing surveys and focus group research to customers. For the first three years I worked in the position of “Interviewer”, I applied surveys directly to the respondent, from 10 to 30 min. around 300 surveys per month in three different cities. I had to learn how to best keep the respondent attention for long periods of time, convince people to respond surveys, motivate and put pressure on them to provide relevant information. On the last two years I acquire more responsibilities besides interviewer I was also a supervisor, so I had a significant salary increase and was in charge of getting all the studies completed in the shortest amount of time possible, for that I changed schedules and reduced the working time in one third. I also had to plan the schedule for the cities that we were to visit, organize, motivate, moderate differences and recruit the team work.   It’s the federal program in charge of teaching English in kindergarten and elementary school. Taught English as a second language to children from 6 to 12 years old, on groups from 10 to 28 students for 5 school cycles from 2012-2013 to 2016-2017 Planned classes accordingly to the federal contents and academic tools provided, such as, books, audios, videos, and tests, among others. (Programa Integral de la Educacion Basica) Implemented pedagogic methods like: Social practices of the language: “Doing” with the language, “Knowing” about the language, “Being” through the language. Adapted content to the three different learning methods (additive, tactile and kinesthetic). Rewardingly to discipline I talked directly to the students and kept an active class to retain students attention in order to keep them working and concentrate with attractive activities. Evaluate student´s progress by learning, discipline, and federal statutes, keeping in mind the student´s cognitive capabilities accordingly to its age and development. Register monthly advances from students and adapted the results to class planning to stablish a level that is demanding to the students but not too hard so they would not fell frustrated over activities that were over their advance level, through “Social learning environments”: Familiar and community, academic and educational and literary and ludic. Create a positive educational environment for students to learn in. Meet course and school-wide student performance goals.
