  RESPONSIBILITIES:• Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of Agile software development practices• Critically review and influence existing practices and behavior of project planning and execution• Influence executives, leaders, cross functional teams and technology teams on process expectations and systemic improvements• Coach project team members and cross functional team members on organizational process and tools• Support interpretation of standards to business needs.
