  Program for and develop National Age level swimmers aged 16 – 18 years with the long term focus of success at the National Open Level.Introduced a coordinated and integrated support staff structure between physiotherapist, strength and conditioning coach, psychologist and coach.Plan, budgeted and oversaw the 2016 National Team Camp.As a member of a ten person coaching team, help maintain Melbourne Vicentre’s position as the number one swimming club in Victoria. Victorian Short Course Results included 18 Gold and one Victorian Short Course Record in the Girls 14 years 200m Freestyle. Victorian Long Course Results included 8 Gold and one Victorian Short Course Record in the Boys 16 years 200m Breastroke.As National Senior Coach program for and develop athletes aged 18 years + who compete at the National Open level, without a high performance commitment to training. Results included 3 Masters World Records and 14 Masters National Records.As a part of these positions was a member of the 2015 Victorian State Team, had an active role in the Talent Identification Program within Victoria and Assisted on Victorian Team Camps.   Plan, program and develop Surrey Park High Performance program in an interim capacity whilst Head Coach was a member of the 2016 Chinese Olympic Team.Role included session planning in line with the Surrey Park long term athlete development model.Managing support staff including physiotherapists and assistant coaches.Athlete mentoring, including time management skills, recovery strategies, goal setting and student/athlete/work balance.Collecting and utilising training data on a day to day basis.
