  I am a key leader in the team responsible for the System Administration Team ( Agresso Helpdesk Facility), control accounts (VAT, sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank and payroll accounts), regular financial reporting to meet the needs of the NRW supporting the business through change, chart of account changes, developing new reports and amending existing ones. Financial control and compliance is a key responsibility of the post holder with the Scheme of Delegation Co-ordinator a direct reportee. The role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective use of the new system to ensure that it is fully exploited to drive efficiencies into the business.   I have supported many of the divisions with In the BBC and currently the finances for HR and Northern Ireland. This includes monthly management accounts, producing specific reports where required, meeting with Directors, budget holders and collaborating with other finance colleagues. Other duties include compiling regular forecasts, financial year budgets, balance sheet review, control accounts review and help with business cases.I am grateful to be a Continuous Improvement (CI) Champion for FP&A and part of a team driving efficiencies and streamlining processes. Additionally, I am a member of the Finance Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) project team to create a workplace where everyone can be themselves. As well as becoming an Inclusive Interview Champion to ensure we inclusive and deter unconscious bias. Show less
