  I coordinated visiting guest choirs from across the country to participate in Epcot's Candlelight Processional. I partnered with multiple lines of business to help produce several performances nightly for an audience of over 5,400 attendees.

  I lived out my dream of performing as universally known and recognized Disney characters to create magical experiences for families around the world. I will always cherish the numerous parades, shows, and meet-and-greet opportunities that I was able to experience as beloved storybook princesses I facilitated classroom and in-park learning opportunities to help grow the Entertainment family of universally known Disney characters. Committed to ensuring magical experiences, I helped instill Disney values, heritage, and traditions into new employees while also providing coaching and constructive feedback. I developed onboarding trainer documentation guides to ensure successful onboarding for future employees. I provided magic down Main Street, USA for thousands of guests on a daily basis. I maintained safety as a top priority while driving company vehicles with limited visibility and mobility through all weather conditions "in thousand of sparkling lights and electrosynthomagnetic musical sounds." I coordinated visiting performing arts groups across Walt Disney World property. I managed all aspects of their visit, from the moment they arrived through their performance and send-off. My goal was to encourage professionalism and artistic growth in young performers as they had the opportunity to perform in one of the largest world-class entertainment offerings throughout the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney Springs. Partnering with performers and leaders from multiple areas of business, my goal was to ensure a seamless operation and magical experiences for entertainment Cast Members and guests across Walt Disney World property.   I lead nonprofit organizations and higher-ed/K12 institutions through their major fundraising campaigns, leading the project from the kickoff process through planning/execution all the way to the project wrap-up. As an extension of their individual teams, I help our clients achieve their fundraising goals while implementing digital tools to engage with their donors and create positive change in their communities.With my team of direct reports consisting of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers, we aim to understand their priorities, resources, and nuances of our higher-ed and K12 clients in order to provide specific support and resourceful project planning. I love working with my clients to understand their specific circumstances to cultivate a unique experience that fits their particular needs. Show less
