  Technical lead (onsite) for platform based HCM solution covering Hire to Retire, Self Service, Payroll, Position Management, Year End processing functions and establishment of seamless integration with existing systems across Suncorp while managing the entire offshore technical team remotely as part of global delivery model. PeopleSoft Platform Application and Tools upgrade from 9.0/8.49 to 9.2/8.53 for the entire Hire to Retire platform solution of Suncorp. Led a team of offshore technical consultants across different levels of seniority. Led technical track onsite for platform based HR and Payroll solution. Support and maintenance of Core HR and Payroll systems for Suncorp. In addition to technical delivery, provided Quality Assurance for PeopleSoft HCM system (HR, Global Payroll AU & Absence Management). This project involved development of custom PeopleSoft components, reports and notification programs. I also led data migration and release management activities in this project.
