      My responsibilities in this role encompassed a range of duties depending on day or night shifts:• Developed and delivered realistic work schedules for field officers, upholding all service level agreements while prioritizing the safety of the public and our team.• Managing real-time dispatch of requests to field officers nationwide, demonstrating adaptability and quick decision-making in response to unforeseen situations.• Maintained high data accuracy standards, especially during call log recording or outcome of tasks.• Deliver excellent customer service while liaising with other agencies such as the police, probation, and courts.• Demonstrate flexibility and rapport-building skills in managing relationships with field officers across multiple branches, necessitating daily or weekly branch changes and frequent interaction with new team members.• Investigate and initiate breach proceedings in line with the subject's order if required.• Ensure completion of all service level work, record and report any missed service levels to branch managers, and complete comprehensive handovers to succeeding officers for seamless operations continuity.
