      Since September 2021, I have been working in Deep Blue on several European and SESAR projects as Human Factors and Safety Expert. My research focuses on analysing and mitigating human factors problems in safety-critical sectors and promoting a human-centred approach to system design to improve the interaction between people, tools and procedures. I have also been working on safety assessments in related aviation and air traffic control projects. Since February 2022, I have been delivering Crew Resource Management Training to pilot drones.
