   Reporting to Manager Quality Provisioning and Innovation, a significant role to consult, plan, manage and execute testing for new service introduced by TM. Activities must be done in detailed to avoid future consequences to fulfillment team in SFC. Staff needs to come out with a detail analysis and requirement for developer to build module in the system. Instead of testing, staff also needs to discover new method to improve system efficiency and fulfillment process from time to time.Responsibility: To handle user requirement process, analysis and awareness to SFC for new service introduced by TM. To research, develop and simplify user task in order to improve productivity. Show less  Reporting to Manager Quality Provisioning and Innovation, a significant role to consult, plan, manage and execute innovation and solution for network provisioning intelligence program that able to help other staff in same unit avoiding human mistakes during router service provisioning (configure router). The intelligence developed able to predict user input and return false if the input is not correct or maybe harm to the router global configuration. Instead of doing provisioning intelligence, QPI also support unit’s finance staffs to automate the process of verify data and generate the result report. The intelligence developed able to automate the verification input from raw excel files then generate the result slides (power point). This will reduce the cost, time and manpower for the company to handle the finance task. Responsibility: To handle user requirement process, development, user acceptance test, and support after hands on to user. To do the project from A-to-Z. To research and develop based on user case such as exploring Visual Basic for finance reporting intelligence program. Show less
