      I manage a group of 14 individuals providing support for Intel Fabric solutions with both of their families (True Scale, and Omni Path Architecture).The main roles of my team are troubleshoot, triage, replicate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer reported issues for our High Performance Computing (HPC) data center products. Technical Support Agent for multiple products. Hardware support for Intel Architecture products such as processors, motherboards, chipsets, and graphics adapters.Later on moved to the Server support group where I provided support for server board, Xeon processors as well as support to Software RAID and Hardware RAID. Delivered IT Helpdesk support for multiple companies. I was in charge of user creation, password reset, initial network setup. Share folders, Network printers configuration as well as regular maintenance for equipment as far as updates and virus cleanup. I delivered technical support for Toshiba laptops in various of possible hardware issues as well as software issues. I developed skills on troubleshooting issues with Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows ME, and the first stages of Windows XP.
