  Working in every role from keyboard operator through to share-holder and Managing director my 37 year career at G&H encompassed a fascinating journey through the changes of the Printing Industry.The highlight of my many achievement at G&H was the planning and implementation of the first Hybrid Goss/Kodak 4-colour personalisation system in Europe - this resulted in us reducing total production hours from 800+ to 150. A 3 year project that won us recognition from our peers in winning the prestigious PrintWeek Industrial Printer of the Year award and on a personal level being voted into the top 100 influential people in print in the UK.   My areas of expertise cover the strategic planning, sourcing and implementation of systems, new technology and machinery to help implement change and best practice to give increased value-added returns and enhance profit to the bottom line. I also have a great deal of knowledge in the areas of business restructuring covering all aspects of change from the shop floor through to the board-room.
