   To ensure due compliance with all applicable company management systems’ requirements and to actively participate in its establishment and maintenance. Review the project documentation and coordinate with the Quality Manager in order to prepare the applicable quality documentation, i.e. PQP, ITP’s, etc. Preparing Painting Procedure as per Specification and paint qualification tests. Identifying Painting defects either by visual or Non-Distractive methods, WFT, DFT, MEK Test and all Adhesion test and supervising and train the Painter. 3rd party inspection agencies and arranging to rectify them. Preparing work instructions / test descriptions / inspection plans and revise / updatethem as and when required. Conducting Paint and Painters Qualification Test as per Specification to ensure the performance capacity of various Painting and equipment to ensure smooth operations Maintain Painting discontinuity Preparation of Project Weld Repair Rate Report and Welder Wise Repair Rate Report on weekly basis for monitoring. Coordinate contractor and sub-contractor project meetings. Review project specifications and International standards for site QC Controls. Prepare and review project Quality procedures & ITPs. Carry out and coordinate construction/inspection activities on site and workshops. Raise & follow NCRs against Non-conformances on site/workshops. Coordinate for corrective actions for NCRs, CARs & PARs. Inspection of In-coming site painting material. Inventory / inspection of painting material storage, shelf life and storage condition of painting material. Inspection of pre blast cleaning works such as solvent cleaning, hydro jetting chipping etc.  Inspection of abrasive blasting cleanliness level, surface profile. عرض أقل
