  ICDS-CAS is the largest mobile - Health intervention in the world owned by the Ministry of Women and Child Development in collaboration with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Bank among other stakeholders. The programme supports Aanganwadi workers (AWWs) in delivering the Integrated Child Development Services to the most vulnerable of women and children in India. This is being facilitated through mobile applications which can be used to collect data and provide multimedia tools to the frontline workers and works both in online and offline mode.I led the reporting aspect of this project called ICDS-CAS Dashboard which equips the stakeholders with the nutrition status of children in India at different geographical levels. The Dashboard reports also help the programme leads of the states in monitoring, following up with and supporting the AWWs and their supervisors in numerous job responsibilities.Role - Project Management of ICDS-CAS Dashboard:1. Play the role of a central binding force across multiple teams like those gathering requirements, Back-end development, User Interface development, Quality Assurance and Roll-out teams across time zones for seamless collaboration and flow of deliverables2. Risk management to ensure all external and internal SLAs are being met or proactively flagged3. Primary POC of technical challenges to requirements team and programmatic context to development team4.
