Responsible for the operational readiness of over $6 million worth of equipment, including 4 Bradley Fighting Vehicles.Bosnia-Herzegovina - January 1996 to August 1996Selected to lead battalion movement from Croatia, across the Sava River, and into sector.Patrolled the Zone of Separation between the former warring factions to enforce compliance with the Dayton Peace Accord. Destroyed bunkers and fighting positions along the Zone of Separation. I led 145 onshore and offshore resources (Sr Mgr team leads,RTEs, Agile Coaches, PMs) while overseeing all aspects of strategic planning, PMO, Agile Delivery, project management, and release management. I established and ran a new PMO team to centralize consumer GTS program management activities. This included defining portfolio priorities, creating a new global delivery model, handling executive reporting, and directing performance management. My contributions include leading an Agile Delivery model executing 150+ consumer programs, traveling to India to set up project management support teams in Chennai and Hyderabad to optimize coordination with development and testing teams. I collaborated with GTS Finance Lead, architecture and development teams, and business leaders on budget planning. Tracked actual capital spend against program budget to explain variances and maintain compliance. I also coordinated the monthly enterprise release cycle for more than 80 applications, including developing 18-month rolling enterprise release plans with key milestones and critical dates. Designed and built a suite of CRM and care applications from the ground up.
