  During my internship at MET, I worked closely with fellow editors and directors to discuss ideas for upcoming web shows and promotional videos, operate cameras and sound equipment during shoots, and present a final product that matches their vision. When I worked remotely, I focused on improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage, animating graphics to enhance videos, and digitally splicing videos and synchronizing them into rough and final drafts.

  During my time at Relay Elementary, I assisted with supporting students as they learned, practiced, and applied early literacy skills. I created fun games and activities that built students’ fine motor skills, phonological awareness, alphabet sound/letter name recognition, number recognition, and counting ability. I also made sure to encourage students to participate independently within the classroom and strengthen their social skills seeing as most kids these days haven’t spent time with other kids their own age due to the pandemic.   At Temple University, I welcome and provide information to prospective students on campus tours and visits as well as contact neighboring community colleges and high schools for future campus tours and possible collaborations. And as for students already enrolled at Temple in the Klein College of Media and Communication, I help them acquire equipment insurance so that they can make reservations to rent equipment throughout the school year. I also make sure to organize, store, and manage Temple University branded swag and merchandise. Show less
