From Sept 2012 until August 2013 to be member Task Force Team for APF PROJECT . The area project is improve the Performance of Management control system with using the Brown papers method. The detail of project are : 1. Improve performance management control system 2. Improve the effectiveness of Maintenance Management System3. Improve the Management information and report system 4. Improve Sales and Operation Management ( PPIC and Marketing integrated system )5. Improve performance of Human Resources Management include re organization structure for company.Project working under cooperation with RENOIR CONSULTANT ( England, UK)as Task Force Team :B.
