The newly established Office of Global Learning brings together two groups that supported students, faculty and colleges in international learning: Cornell Abroad and the International Students and Scholars Office.He previously directed Clemson Abroad in the Office of Global Engagement at Clemson University. A trained architect, Uttiyo holds a PhD in forestry and natural resources from the University of Georgia.
