      As Delivery Program Manager, I:- Establish and drive the Wealth Client Digital Experience strategic initiative program for Wealth Solutions domain by creating the program strategy, governance model, sub-initiatives/deliverables aligned to outcomes, and overall roadmap that involves over 25 partner teams across multiple BUs and domains- Execute on the governance model through initiative kickoffs with key stakeholders and partner teams and identify workstreams and owners for the key outcomes to align going forward through metascrums- Coordinate deep dives with workstreams to ensure business needs are clear and alignment and progress is made for the high-level deliverablesCreate new team and channels in MS Teams and Sharepoint site for initiative to provide central location for document storage; develop site pages for each strategic outcome tracking workstream progress, dependencies, issues, metascrum and alignment meetings summaries, and more- Plan and facilitate strategic initiative quarterly reviews for executive leadership (PAL level), including marketing and distribution, to provide program progress and review roadmap- Assist domain leadership with QTR/QBR updates in Portfolio Central for the strategic initiative including deliverable progress, initiative commentary, and resource allocation- Develop plan of overall portfolio of work for the ongoing digital experience group squad which includes over 10 initiatives and the sub-initiatives aligning to each initiative ensuring all was accounted for, reviewed with senior leadership and input into JiraAlignI also established and oversaw the Alternative Investments strategic initiative prior to moving to the Wealth Client Digital Experience strategic program. This required organizing all scaled events (metascrum, scaled scrum, scaled demo, scaled retro) as well quarterly planning. Another scaled initiative I helped to start up was SocialWatch which was a platform established utilizing all types of data including Brandwatch, Reddit and more to evaluate Fidelity’s impact using sentiment, emotion and other data modeling. This required frequent executive checkpoints for feedback to continuously improve and deliver based on stakeholder input. This initiative was across various product areas to successfully deliver. In the spirit of growing in our agility, I also used AgilityHealth to assess our team’s agile health. I helped set initiatives/sub-initiatives for the scaled initiatives and ensured our delivery tools like Jira and JiraAlign were updated.
