Part of my Housing management role was to prepare court paperwork and attend court as needed. Although I work from home, I have the requisite tools and self discipline to manage my time and work load which was around 50 learners, with targets set monthly for achievement rates. Use of technology to deliver the NVQ's are part of my passion for teaching and I am always keen to promote technology as part of the delivery and assessment process and A4e were looking towards moving to e-portfolios before I left. Part of my remit was to participate in quality assurance, development and delivery of the NVQ, travel to Barnet (H.O.) to attend team meetings and keep my own PPD (personal and professional development) up to date through training and supervision. I am also registered with the IFL (Institute for Learning) as part of my PPD.
