Sektionen består af ca. 45 medarbejdere inkl. 4 teamledere. Vi supporterer Anlægs jernbaneprojekter indenfor SAP, økonomistyring, dokumentation, journalisering og rapportering.Er derudover drifts- og lønbudgetansvarligt i Anlægsdivisionen. Anlæg er bygherreorganisationen i Banedanmark, som gennemfører anlægs- og fornyelsesprojekter på jernbanen. Som en del af projektsekretariatet arbejder jeg inden for risikostyring, erfaringsudveksling og strategi- og forretningsudvikling og støtter til daglig 350 projekter, 5 områder og 275 kolleger med en samlet årsomsætning på 5,2 mia. kr.
