      Served 5 yrs in the Marines. Honorably Discharged as a Sgt/E5. Served as a Crew Chief (6173), Flight-line Mechanic (6113), and Plane Captain at HMH-362 on CH53D helicopters, then served as a Ground Safety Manager and Statistician at MAG-24 headquarters. Deployed to Japan (Okinawa and Mainland), the Philippines, India, Thailand, and Guam. Participated in two Presidential Support Detachments in Kyoto, Japan and Hyderabad, India. Was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal and two Certificates of Commendation for going above and beyond in the execution of my duties. Also awarded the National Defense, Good Conduct, Sea Service Deployment, and Global War on Terrorism medal/ribbons, four Certificates of Appreciation, and 3 Letters of Appreciation. Show less
