The KGS team had a key role in operationalising a daily real-time M&A and core banking migration where many of the activities happened after-hours, even in India. This would not be able to delivered without the dedication and resilience of everyone but without India we would not be able to pull it off as the rate of change was significant. This partnership was great from ASPAC perspective in fostering the ties between the two teams.
