The $3.5B Capital Program includes a portfolio of Power, Track, Structures, Shops and Yards, Communications, Signal, Stations and Facilities projects. The BU Leader oversees the performance (cost, scope, schedule) of the projects, from inception though constructions and provides technical, commercial, budgetary and safety support and accountability.
