      Staff officer and then Head of Strategic Planning Section within the Defense Planning and Monitoring Division (J5) in the General Staff of the Albanian Armed Forces. Prepared the Planning Guidance for the armed forces. Participated in the National Strategic Defense Review process. Coordinated to harmonize National Defense Planning with NATO's NDPP.

      Albanian Military Attache in Belgium and France Dealing with the operations, readiness and training of the armed forces. Dealt with the education of the young cadets of the military academy, especially with their military science subjects and leadership and character building in particular. Commanded the NCOs Academy where professional military education is provided to NCOs Advised Albanian Chief of Defense on NATO and other security related issues. From December 2018 to October 2019, served as Acting Director of CHOD's Cabinet. Commanded a Light Infantry Battalion Group (a core of Infantry Battalion, augmented with Engineering, Artillery, ISTAR and CBRN elements). Deployed platoon level elements to Afghanistan. Prepared the unit to undergo the CREVAL.
