  Among my numerous accomplishments at Westcor, I facilitated a $1.5 billion M&A of mall developer, Westcor to Macerich (MAC), overseeing the restructuring and integration of the former into its new parent company's publicly traded system. I served as liaison and investor relations between Westcor and its investors, including publicly traded partners, and restructured and managed 50-member finance and accounting operations via key staffing & redistribution of talent. In doing so, I implemented and took advantage of a new, more centralized information system to accommodate this fast-growing real estate development company with a portfolio of 12.2 million leasable square feet while allowing future scalability, including a potential REIT initial public offering and corresponding SEC reporting.
